Glossy & Matte Lamination

The laminating process involves the use of an ultra-thin plastic film which is applied using heat and pressure.
We can laminate almost any smooth board resulting in a gloss or matt finish. Lamination covers the whole side (such as a magazine cover) or both sides of an item (such as a flyer) unlike Spot UV it cannot be used to cover a specific area. Lamination is generally used to enhance the appearance and feel of the job making it appear much more luxurious at a relatively low cost. It will also make the job more durable and can offer some protection against water/grease making it ideal for menus, business cards, flyers, etc.

Foil Stamping (Gold & Sliver and other color)

This is the application of metallic foil to paper or cards.
A heated die stamps the foil onto the job placing foil only where you have specified in your design, perhaps a company logo or on a wedding invitation.
The metallic foil is often gold or silver but we also offer many other colors, both metallic and standard as well as specials such as holographic foil.
Foil stamping can be combined with embossing to create a more striking 3D image.
It has many different colors that can choose not just have gold and sliver color. For your logo to choose, red, yellow, green, etc.

You can according to your logo color to choose a similar foil stamping color. And the logo would be shown with metal feeling.

Emboss & Deboss

Embossing is the finishing technique where an area of the board is raised to make it stand out from the background.
It is particularly effective when used in conjunction with foil stamping. Debossing is the opposite of embossing, so the area debossed is sunk below the surrounding paper, rather than raised above it. The tactile nature of embossing adds an air of luxury and elegance to almost anything, wedding invites, stationery, and much more.
It’s can use for some special location such as logo, text, special patterns, any thing you want it’s show more special.

Spot UV Varnishing

Spot UV is a high-gloss finish applied to a specific area of your print to enhance it (i.e. varnishing a heading, logo, or image whilst leaving the remainder of the page plain). UV Varnish can make a striking difference when printed on top of a matt laminated job, however, the costs can be quite high.
The time involved to create the template, the specialist machines and the complexity of the area to be varnished can push the price up, therefore you should think carefully about how much it will add to your job. For example, Spot UV on a poster or newsletter is almost always wasted as they are just used to convey information and they are often discarded, however, Spot UV can make a business card, a flyer or an annual report really stand out – making it worth the extra expense

UV printing& Texture press

Texture press is a common printing process. The texture press process is a process that uses a concave-convex mold to produce plastic deformation of the printed matter under a certain pressure, thereby performing artistic processing on the surface of the printed matter. texture press characteristics The surface of the printed matter after texture press presents patterns and textures of different depths, with an obvious three-dimensional impression of relief, which enhances the artistic appeal of the printed matter.           UV printing is used in many cosmetic packaging boxes, it can let the printing box with metallic looking.
